The steel wire used for rubber pipes is mainly made of 70# and 80# high-quality wire rods that are copper-plated and then drawn to 2.0mm-6.5mm, or first drawn to 1.2mm-1.8mm and then copper-plated. The surface is purple-red and has Excellent high strength and high elasticity properties.
Products can be packed in bundles, paper core tubes, or I-shaped wheels. Each product weighs about 200-400kg.
The products are mainly used to make rubber hoses, telescopic hoses, steel mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipes, etc., which are used as skeleton reinforcement materials for hoses.

Our steel wire pack consists of a paper coil weighing between 350kgs to 450kgs. Each pack contains three coils, packaged in a carton and placed on a pallet measuring 80cm x 80cm x 100cm. Custom packaging options are available upon request. Shipping is done via small containers, with each container accommodating approximately 21 pallets, totaling a weight below 26 tons.
